1) Who we are

Dynamo Methods, LLC (“Dynamo Methods,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides business education, software, and services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit www.dynamomethods.com, use our products (including any portals, apps, widgets, and forms), or interact with us online or offline (together, the “Services”).

Controller vs. Processor. We act as a controller for personal information we collect about site visitors, leads, prospects, and our direct customers. We may act as a processor/service provider for certain products when our business customers upload or direct us to process personal information about their end users.

Scope. This Policy applies to the Services unless a different privacy notice is displayed.

2) Personal information we collect

Information you provide: name, email, phone, company, billing, account credentials, payment info, preferences, support tickets, event info.

Information we collect automatically: IP address, device/browser, cookies, log files, analytics, approximate location.

Information from third parties: lead enrichment, marketing platforms, customers (when we are processors), public sources.

By opting into SMS, you consent to recurring texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg/data rates apply. STOP to end, HELP for help. We do not share mobile info with third parties for marketing. Logs maintained.

13) Email marketing

Marketing emails include our physical address and unsubscribe. Requests honored promptly.
